Return & Refund Policy

At Daisy & Gus, we want your family to love every order.

If there’s an issue with your order, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos of the item if possible

We’ll happily arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.


Change of Mind

We currently do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases.

However, if your item is unused and in original condition, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

Return shipping costs for change of mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.


Pre-Orders

Some Daisy & Gus products are sold as pre-orders.

By purchasing a pre-order item, you understand that:

  • Payment is taken at checkout
  • Shipping may occur at a later release date listed on the product page

Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund any time before the order has shipped.


Shipping Delays

While we’ll always do our best to ship orders on time, occasional delays outside our control may occur.

If there are any significant delays with your order, we’ll keep you updated via email.
