All orders are packed and shipped from Christchurch, New Zealand.


Pre-Orders

Many Daisy & Gus products are currently available as pre-orders.

By purchasing a pre-order item, you understand that:

  • Payment is taken at checkout
  • Your order may ship at a later release date listed on the product page

We’ll always do our best to communicate any significant delays or updates.

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your order may be shipped together once all items are available.


Shipping Timeframes

Estimated shipping times after dispatch:

New Zealand

  • 2–5 business days

Australia

  • 5–12 business days

International shipping times may vary depending on customs and local postal services.

Please note that shipping estimates are not guaranteed.


Order Processing

Orders are typically packed and processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated.

During launches, promotions, or busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.


Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

While we’ll always do our best to help, Daisy & Gus is not responsible for delays caused by courier providers, customs processing, weather events, or circumstances outside our control.

If your parcel appears significantly delayed or lost, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been placed.

Orders returned due to incorrect shipping information may require additional shipping charges for redelivery.
